MyTrueMatch is a pre-marital services platform operated from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We provide psychometric compatibility testing, background verification, and Vedic astrology consultation services.

2. What data we collect

Information you provide directly

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number
• Service intake information: names and birth details for assessments
• Payment information: processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store card details
• Communications: messages sent through our contact form or email

Information collected for verification services

• Personal details provided with explicit consent for background verification
• Aadhaar-based identity data accessed via UIDAI-compliant processes
• Credit information accessed with written consent via authorised bureaus

3. How we use your data

• To deliver the service you have purchased
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support
• To process payments and send reports
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for automated decision-making. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with matrimonial platforms or third parties without explicit consent.

4. Consent

Under the DPDP Act 2023, we are required to obtain your consent before processing your personal data. We obtain consent at the point of service purchase and specifically for verification services. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@mytruematch.in.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with our verification partners, Razorpay for payments, senior astrologers for consultations, and legal authorities if required by law. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Data storage and security

All data is stored on servers located in India. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for stored data and TLS for data in transit.

Verification data: deleted 90 days after report delivery.
Payment records: retained as required by GST law (7 years).
