1. Who we are

My True Match ("MyTrueMatch", "we", "us") is a pre-marital services platform based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

2. Services

We provide Psychometric Compatibility Testing, Background Verification, and Horoscope Consultation. MyTrueMatch is not a matrimonial platform or matchmaking service. Our reports are informational tools — they are not professional advice.

3. Consent requirements

For background verification services: written consent must be obtained from the individual being verified before any check begins. Any attempt to circumvent our consent process will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

4. Payment & Refunds

All prices are in INR and include GST. Services commence after payment confirmation.

Refund policy

• Eligible if we fail to deliver within 14 business days.
• Eligible if report is materially incomplete (reported within 7 days).
• 80% refund if verification is cancelled because subject declined consent.
• Non-eligible: once assessment has commenced, or simple disagreement with findings.

5. Confidentiality & Liability

Reports are confidential and provided only for the commissioning party. You agree not to distribute reports in public forums.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTrueMatch's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our reports.
